VWMA Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for VWMA members to learn about the programming and financial results from the Valley Winds operations in the 2017-2018 season. Voting members will also approve the nominations of group representatives and Board members for the next operating year, starting in September 2018.

Your voice will also be heard during an open discussion session. Your feedback will be used by the incoming Board to help direct the program and financial decisions that will be made during the summer months. Next year marks the 25th anniversary of the Valley Winds Music Association. The Board will need help in planning and producing the special events which will mark the celebrations. Your ideas concerning the events and refreshing the VWMA look will be greatly appreciated.

As always, the AGM is held in the Large Meeting Room at the Canmore Legion beginning at 7 pm on Tuesday June 7th.
